Maintenance, Property Management and rental services:

The maintenance of the properties will be done by our Management Office. like cleaning of the communal pools, landscaping, lighting, security, garbage collection, and all communal facilities on-site will be managed through our Site Management Office. The monthly maintenance fees for each household will be 120 GBP. This price also includes the repainting of the whole site every 5 years. Furthermore, pre-sale and after-sale services will also be provided to the residents of the premises. Any needs or requirements in property-related matters will be dealt with by our 24/7 services.

There are several restaurants and bars in the immediate area. There is a good selection of restaurants situated along the main road, both to the east and west. It is 5-10 min. driving to a supermarket with ferksvare disk. It is about 40 minutes drive to Kyrenia town center, which is the second largest town in North Cyprus.
